  • ISEC COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM - FEBRUARY 2015

    The ISEC Executive Certification Workshop was conducted on February 27th, 28th and March 1st 2015 at the Holiday Inn, Whitefield Road, Bangalore. This workshop is a critical component of the ISEC Executive Coach Certification Program that has components spaced out over a duration of four to six months.

    The Program had participants with varied backgrounds – HR, L&D, Aviation and Consulting. One of them owns a Fitness Studio and joined our Certification in order to be a Life Coach.

  • ISEC COACH CERTIFICATION PROGRAM - APRIL 2014

    The ISEC Executive Certification Workshop was conducted on April 25th, 26th and 27th 2014 at the Fortune Select Trinity, Bangalore. This workshop is a critical component of the ISEC Executive Coach Certification Program that has components spaced out over a duration of four to six months.

  • The International Leadership & Coaching Conference June 5th, 6th, 7th 2013

    The Intrad School of Executive Coaching (ISEC) that was founded by the Vice President of the IAC, Krishna Kumar, organized this event, the first of its kind in India. The focus of the International Leadership & Coaching Conference (ILCC) was the ‘Seven Leadership Mantras’ that drew upon powerful Coaching concepts to generate deep self awareness, identify and draw upon inner resources, support leaders in taking responsibility for meeting their goals, and help them attain their maximum potential. The presentations, each of them with powerful takeaways, were given by Sir John Whitmore, who was the keynote Speaker for the event and by other Master Coaches from around the world.

    The ILCC was attended by close to 80 delegates from 10 countries. The IAC was well represented by Chapter Presidents from Taiwan (Jinny Wang), Dubai (Nigel Cumberland), Hong Kong (Leanne Chan) and by IAC members – Bonnie Chan, Philip Beddows, Teo Jin Lee, Shanmugam Moorthi, Grace Shan, Ed Britton, Ang Thiam Hong and Denise Pang.

    On the occasion of the IAC’s 10th Anniversary, the IAC honored Sir John Whitmore, an eminent personality and thought leader in the world of coaching, with the first IAC Lifetime Achievement Award. The award was presented by Krishna Kumar, theVice-President of the IAC, along with members of the IAC-BOG Teo Jin Lee and Shanmugam Moorthi.

    Also, on this occasion, the IAC President’s Award was given to Bonnie Chan, Asia’s first Master Masteries Coach (IAC-MMC) and member of the IAC Certifying Board. This award was presented to Bonnie by Krishna Kumar on behalf of the President of the IAC.

    The ILCC was held at the Taj Vivanta – Whitefield, Bangalore on June 5th, 6th and 7th 2013 and the event was co-sponsored by the IAC.
